After nearly 30 years, this home's original vinyl siding was ready for an upgrade. The homeowners wanted to refresh their exterior with a durable, modern solution that would enhance curb appeal and provide lasting protection for years to come.

The transformation features beautiful Harbor Blue siding, creating a bold yet timeless look that completely updates the home's appearance. To complement the new siding, we added pent roofs over the garage and entryway finished with Charcoal Grey asphalt shingles, adding architectural detail and a polished finishing touch.

The result is a refreshed exterior that combines style, durability, and improved curb appeal. With thoughtful design choices and quality craftsmanship, this home now has a look that feels brand new while maintaining its original character.

Before: This Phoenixville home had an aging exterior with vinyl siding and a roof that was ready for a complete replacement. The existing roofing system was removed, along with the old vinyl siding, to prepare the home for a full exterior transformation.

After: The home now features a bold black standing seam metal roof with new decking, ridge vent, ice and water shield, underlayment, and updated counter and chimney flashing. The exterior was also upgraded with HardieWrap and James Hardie Cedarmill siding in White, creating a clean, classic look while adding a new level of protection to the home.

Before:

This couple needed an update for their large, two-decade-old, two-story home. The stucco facade was outdated and had deteriorated beyond repair, and the windows were old and not functioning properly.

They decided it was time to update the stucco and remodel their home’s exterior to reflect today’s styles.

After:

While our clients came to us for a siding replacement, they were surprised to learn the extent of the damage we uncovered. We found rotted wood underneath the stucco and bad wood behind the existing stoop, all of which we replaced.

To replace the stucco, we installed James Hardie fiber cement siding. We also installed new windows, eight-foot doors, a pent roof, and a copper-colored metal roof to the portico, an elegant stone veneer, and a blue stone stoop.

The new white, black, and copper color scheme provided a much sleeker, more modern appearance than the dull stucco exterior.
